We were in an ocean view room with a king bed only to realize that a club in front of the hotel blasts music until 2am. We were moved, but to a room without a view of the ocean and with two twin beds. It should really be disclosed when booking that this is an issue. We were told the night we called that a handful of other people had called that night to complain.

Beautiful grounds, friendly service and great location. We enjoyed using the complimentary bikes as well. Rooms were a bit tired but the bed was comfortable.

The service was impeccable. The only downside was that I was told at the front desk that the only VIP benefit they would give me was the $84 credit.

Property is worn, poor maintenance, poor service, bath towels feel like floor rags perhaps because they worn out, old, used too many times. Too many problems to waste my time commenting on them
