overall is ok,sound isolation is not good, i could hear the snooze sound from next room lmao

First I can hear every car driving on Santa Monica Blvd literally all night. The glass windows are useless. Can’t sleep well. Second this hotel uses passcode for door entrance. I was locked out of my room three times a night, hate it when I had to go down 6 times to figure out how to get into my own room. The front desk guy (the young guy with curly hair) was nice and helpful but still this shouldn’t be an issue at first place. The while older reception guy was not very welcoming.

My room was on Santa Monica Blvd. Unbearable noise day and night.
