We family of 6 , arrived past midnight , staff were very friendly
Please don’t judge the hotel by they way it looks from outside , looks great from inside , clean bedding and has every thing
Parking little far but manageable
Overall, I certainly will go back and stay there again
It is great to support family owned business

Overall I like the property, it was nice and cozy. Yet, the walls were so thin you could listen to everything happening on the rooms next door. The breakfast was good and the lady serving them was super nice.
The lady receiving us did uncomfortable questions as we were two females sharing a room.
The door was managed by the people inside so you always needed to wait for someone to open the door for you. A key would be a good idea.

The parking lot was in another property...not enough staff to help you with the lugagge in an hotel with no elevator

Hotel que cumple con lo ofertado, es como un oasis en el centro de Los Angeles.
La gente que trabaja realmente son muy amables.

They charged me 15usd more of what my reservation says plus they didnt find my reservation at first and i had to contact Orbitz in order for them to get in touch with the hotrl even though i validate with orbitz customer sevice that the reservation cost will remain the same and wouldn't increased they did charge me more.

Las fotos publicadas distan mucho de la realidad, en un hotelucho al que no le daría una estrella por ese valor uno espera muchísimo más
Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel.
