Overall had a positive experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Service was attentive and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. The best part was the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient and efficient. However, the swimming pool area was a letdown. It was quite dirty, which detracted from what could have been a relaxing experience. If the hotel addresses this issue, it would definitely elevate the overall quality of the stay.

Rude staff - rooms dirty and smelly. Too much noise doors or windows are not sealed- you practically feel are in a place with windows open. They charge for parking …when you are staying at their property .

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in while visiting Los Angeles amazing Staff, very cooperative, including the little mini robot lol. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable bed. We had an interaction with the on duty manager Giovanni Samayoa, he’s not only very helpful, but also very knowledgable about the area and very nice person to talk to. The highlight is an amazing breakfast in the morning where they prepare made-to-order breakfast, I will give them 10 out of 10.

Breakfast are served with paper plates and the options are very limited comparing with other embassy suites. Also it is super crowded during breakfast time.
