The area at nught seemed unsafe. A lot of people hangong outside their rooms. Parking was also a hassle sone people parked in two spots. The location is a run down.
The cleaning staff was nice friendly ans on top of things

No cabinets & clothes hangers. No safety deposit box. And staff was not very accommodating. Didn't want to give us an AARP discount when i asked before i handed the credit card for him to charge. Also we arrived after 10 pm because the person i talked to on the phone 2 days prior said we could check in as late as 4 am. But the person at the counter when we checked in said he had been calling me to confirm if i was still coming. That was confusing indeed. But overall I must say we had a good experience at your hotel. Thank you.

The property had a horrid smell in the rooms and the rooms were very unclean. When reported that the carpets were wet and that was creating the horrid smell we were told they had no rooms and could not help us. No one tried to fix the issue or even try dry and clean it up it was ignored. I found this absolutely unacceptable. We had booked to take my mom to see the sights in LA after a long flight from SA, to be treated this badly.
