The place is beautiful but the beddings I’m not sure if they are changing everything. I had itchy when I went underneath the bedsheet.

Other than cops surrounding the place frequently especially during check in and no update to guest as to what was happening or if the area was safe, the smell of pot smoke on multiple floors was nauseating. Staff were not that friendly or bothered much with guests concerns

There is a sheriff's station across our parking lot and officers do stop by during the day. I apologize if a wrong impression was made. It is our goal here at the DoubleTree by Hilton Carson, not only to meet your expectations, but also to exceed them. Taking care of our guests is our number one priority; it is the essence of the hospitality business. I am truly sorry that you were not well taken care of. I have shared your feedback with our team.
