Check-in was easy, parking was close to the lobby, and there are a lot of dining options nearby. Hotel was quiet, bed was comfy. Huge ottoman and sofa combo was great. Eco- friendly rating: B-. There were single use soap and plastic cups provided and single use plastic water bottles for sale; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in shower.

We showed up and they said they “overbooked” the hotel
And did not have a room
For us, we had to drive all the way back home from LA without a room. The front clerk was non chalant and did not show any care or concern for us . The front door of the lobby was locked with chairs in the way with a sign that said we are full. Had to get their attention to even see us to try to check in for a room we pre paid for
