The staff is very happy and feels like they want to help. I mean the front desk people and the nice gentleman who works setting up breakfast. My room did have ants. Which I can't blame the staff for. The key locks are not great I had to swipe my key card a lot of times before it let me in to the room and the side door.

Accommodating handicap in all areas and providing breakfast meal coffee . Being treated very well and everyone very professional.

We were denied a refund or change of date. Expedia or hotel was no help so we never made it due to an emergency. There is no review because we never stayed at property.
