Was right down the street from ush which is where my family and I were headed so it was very convenient.

The hotel has bed bugs and was dirty. After a long day at universal I must have missed them because I do search every hotel before I stay there. Woke up the next morning and found one alive and crawling in bed. Took photos and booked it out of there. Told the individual in the front office who wasn’t surprised at all. He was kind and apologetic. The only good thing was the staff were friendly. Avoid this place unless you want bed bugs. Please always check the bed and surrounding areas.

The bed was comfortable. And the shower was nice, other than that It seemed very basic. There was very limited parking, and the parking that was available was very small. It seemed like the entire parking area was for compact cars only. There were no outlets in the room other than the one next to the T.V., and it had an overloaded surge protector so nothing could be used to charge phones. Or other devices.

Room didn’t have common amenities like hair dryer, but one was provided when asked. Room didn’t seem totally clean but it was ok.

Around the property doesn’t look too pleasing, but inside the rooms I was surprised very nice and priced great
