Directions on maps and Waze a bit tricky around the hotel… can’t remember the street name we were on but it wanted us to turn right when we could make a U-turn and be there at the hotel.

The hotel was modern and clean. The staff was kind. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint is a company was filming something in the lobby and it would have been nice to know ahead of time. We were inconvenienced to have to go around to the side entrance. They also ran out of some supplies in the rooms.

My room 501 smelled so bad that I think something was dead in the vent or something. I almost got sick multiple times. Maybe the sewer is backed up. I complained and they were nice and put me in a nice room that didn’t smell but I should have moved sooner bc I spend 3 nights dying slowly with the animal that dead with me. Also they were filming a movie in the lobby each night which was a huge pain bc we couldn’t enter or get food or pass by. Overall it was horrible. I would love my money back. Never going back here. Ever.

I was coming into town for a wedding. There was a family emergency and the wedding had to be postponed. Neither the hotel or Expedia would refund me my money. I even paid for insurance. What is the point of insurance? Why would a major cancelled event not qualify for a refund when the airlines were happy to refund me die to the circumstances? The hotel told me to work with Expedia and it wasnt their problem. Expedia told me to work with the hotel. Super fun being tossed back and forth.

when i tried to check in they told me I wasn't 21 and wasn't allowed to check in unless we had some one over 21 years of age. Now this is fine however the service the front desk person portrayed is unacceptable, not only was she rude she said she would put in a refund in place and lied to us saying it would be over night and then she said 5 business days. To this day i still haven't got my refund and I don't think i'll ever stay at a Cambria Hotel again after this.
