Only thing was parking lot was not easy to find until I checked in and they shared the info

It was a walkable distance from different places I wanted to visit.
I stayed for three nights and couldn't sleep at all because it was very nosy. You could heard the people next door talking, snoring and flushing the toilet. The AC announces when it would start by a loud bang every 10 minutes.
My room was in need of repair as the walls were dirty in cartain areas and with holes.
I guess since it was a 'historic hotel' it may be difficult to 'fix' certain aspects.
The areas outside were very clean, felt safe and lots of places to eat.

This is a great hotel in Glendale close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I love staying here, the service is great, it's very clean, and cozy like home. The price isn't bad either. There is parking available for 8 bucks a night which is a steal for the area. I would warn that there isn't a elevator, I don't mind because there is only 2 floors. Staying here for the holidays is great because the Americana mall has all the holiday vibes and it's close by.
