the person next door had their tv on all night. i called the front desk. they said they would do something but nothing happened. paper thin walls.

Since you have not stated any issues in this review to account for the low score, we believe your review is based on two issues. One. Upon arrival you expected BW Reward Points. Only reservations made through the hotel website qualifies for their points. Two. You experienced an noisy refrigerator in your room. Once reported, this was exchanged.

Very pleasant. Enjoyed our stay. The only fault we had was our room was a bit tired and probably could do with an update.

It is a good hotel nicely positioned. Noise and smoking in fron of the room during the night is not so nice.

Hot tub and pool are great, so is the breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
