I had a 1 night stay but the waffles made my whole night

Right next to the Pomona hwy, was very noise late into the night.

If you are sensitive to noise, you may choose our business room which is away from the freeway side, it offers upgraded amenities with a quiet view of the mountainside. The staff was very friendly, but I wasn’t aware that I had booked a room next to the freeway. I’m not someone who is usually sensitive to noise, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to rest due to the constant noise. I could hear every car passing by and even other guests flushing the toilet or taking a shower. The location is very convenient, and the staff is helpful, but I could barely get any rest without my AirPods. Be careful when selecting your room type when booking.

We appreciate that you find our staff very friendly. Our location is strategically located near the Freeway and we do understand that some people are bothered by outside noise. Even when you booked the Standard room which is on the Freeway side, we do offer based on room availability an option to upgrade and Front Desk would be happy to assist you on that and discuss what are the other room types available and the corresponding upgrade fees. We hope to welcome you back again soon and try our Interior rooms such as Deluxe and Suite, both has added amenities.
