Amazing place to stay. Close to everything, but the best part was the hotel itself. The room was clean and smelled great. Beds were comfy and decor was clean and nice. The pool was cold but we did stay in November too. The hot tub was perfect. The staff was amazing and super friendly.

Three things: First: We were stuck in the elevator and needed to physically force the doors to get out. Second: The toliet overflowed. When it was reparied, the custodian left water all over the floor which we cleaned up. Third: When we reported this to the front desk, they refunded our parking fee and REFUSED to refund us for the night's lodging. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR STAY THERE EVER AGAIN.

Sabina-Thank you for taking the time to rate and review your recent stay with us. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and valued. We take all comments seriously. Especially when it comes to the safety of our guests. When we checked the surveillance footage of the elevator we noticed that the gentleman traveling with you used the suitcase on his right hand to push the elevator door open after it was more than halfway closed. That caused the door to not closed properly which caused it to get temporarily stuck on the first floor. Once the doors closed properly the elevator was able to move . We observed that elevator the rest of the day and night to see if it was malfunctioning so we could place the elevator out of order and call service tech to come and repair. Our surveillance footage shows that for the rest of the day and night the elevator worked fine. Regarding the toilet, We are sorry that the toilet overflowed on Saturday. When our maintenance engineer went up the gentleman in the room was going to take the plunger but our employee said he would take care of the plunging. Once it was repaired, he asked our employee to dry the floor. Our employee went out and got some rags from the cart to start picking up the water. However, he did not have enough and rags to finish cleaning. He stepped out of the room to get more rags and the gentleman said thank you and shut the door. The employee respected the guest's wish and privacy and continued with the rest of his responsibilities. Had the elevator continued to malfunction and had our staff not bothered to fix the toilet we would be working out some sort of compensation. We hope you continue to be well and safe. Thank you.

Only major complaint I had was the noise from the gardeners in the morning. However, to be fair, this was a Monday morning, so I suppose it's not unusual for it to take place then. Other than that, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. It's also located down the street from a really good food spot that serves Mexican and Salvadoran food. The salsas are out of this world never tasted anything like them!
