Only bad experience was there was no hot water for showers or the jacuzzi tub in the room.

I definitely don’t agree with the Expedia rating of Excellent. The location was good, our room had an obvious leak in the wall that wasn’t fixed, it had a funny smell and the pillows were so flat. You could tell some updating had been done, parking was an extra $25, plus they charge a $50 deposit to your card. I would rate the property as average.

Staff very helpful. Juan Valencia helped us to work the coffee maker, we did not know how to use the coffee maker, it has a sensor, he gave us 2 bottles of water for free, very nice and helpful, The hotel was very clean, and the location very close to the walk of fame
