Ever since I began booking this Hotel, it was simple to book, I called to make sure we were able to check-in at a later time than 3pm and they were flexible. When we checked in, they were already expecting us, and they were welcoming and quick to give us our room key. During our stay, the hotel staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed (extra towels) the menu to place food orders, etc. During check-out, they were also ready to check us out. Overall, I would recommend a stay here. It was quiet throughout our stay. It was a staycation and we will book here soon again!

I love the staff they were so nice and they explained the parking procedures we leave the key with the front desk so they can move the vehicle and have the other person leave the area.

When we first arrived, no one was at the front desk, but we weren’t too upset by that since we were early to check in. We came back later that evening and got our room, front desk was nice but not overly welcoming. On the first night, we noticed there was no hand soap in our room and the plug by the blow dryer/coffee maker didn’t work. Second night we discovered a BED BUG in our bed and called front desk. They requested a photo of it, which we sent, and then they moved us to another room. Front desk was apologetic but not overly helpful to assist us in moving all our things, etc. I have not yet been contacted about potentially reimbursing us for our stay or at least part of it due to the troubles. Hoping Best Western can right this situation…our stay wasn’t very relaxing. Only plus was the free breakfast which we did enjoy.

The hotel is super clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the street right outside your room is quite noisy, and the trash collection happens at 5 am, so if you’re an early bird, it might be a bit of a wake-up call. Oh, and if your room is next door to the breakfast room, you might hear the cleaning crew and the staff preparing the food.

The staff is wonderful and very attentive. House keeping shows up daily which is a plus. The breakfast was not great. The eggs were super weird, waffles seemed a bit undercooked. The area around the property was really sketchy, felt unsafe but the parking garage made us feel more at ease. Heard sirens every night, and the rooms were noisy. It’s an okay stay.
