The hotel charged us an additional 21$ per person USD to help even out the wages for the workers there. They advertise that it is a close walk to Universal Studios - which it is not. No view and the street it is located on is dirty. Noise travels through the floors so we heard kids stomping all night and can hear voices travelling up and down the hallways

I didn’t like that it was noisy. Housekeeping had to be requested. I loved our bartender, and the next d’at shé was check in and check out.

The property was nice from afar. None of the outlets in our rooms worked except for the one closest to the window where there was no mirror. There was no shampoo but there were 3 bottles of conditioner in the shower, the walls were quite thin. We could hear our neighbors talking, laughing, sneezing, and their cell phone notifications. The bed was quite soft and we could definitely feel a divet in the middle of the bed. The shower was great though! It was conveniently located near Universal but if you're not a walker that hill will tire you out before your day even starts.

It was passable for an overnight stay. It is lacking in amenities for anything longer than that. Hotel was under renovations at the time of stay, so amenities which were advertised for the booked room were not available.
Staff was prompt to address the concerns, however it should not be additional to charge for parking given the limited space and the unsafe area the hotel is located in. For what is being charged, it should be included with your stay.

Everyone was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay! So convenient to Universal Studios so you don't have to drive & fight the CA traffic.

The hotel was.under construction so most of the stuf wasnt available and the pool heater was broken most of my stay.
