This is the 2nd time I stay here this year and the room I was given had a bed so soft you were practically sinking into the floor. I complained to lady in front desk but she did not offer to switch rooms or some type of compensation. She simply said, hope this doesn't prevent you from staying with us again.

Very helpful, friendly, and we were allowed to check in two hours early. The hotel is designed beautifully. We would stay here again.
