Nice house odd feeling
Posted 22 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe room was really nice and comfortable. I didn’t get an email with the door code and arrived late. It was hard to get the code to get in. At breakfast I was at the table 20-30 minutes before someone asked if I wanted breakfast. There was no one to ask or a menu or a bell. Just nothing.
Also, there are items out in dishes that look available to guests. Be careful there is a cost to all the items. It just felt like everything you did there was an extra charge for everything.

Good, but "room" for improvement
Posted 5 May 2024 on HotelsOverall, we enjoyed our stay. A couple of items, though. 1) our room wasn't made up when we arrived at check-in time. We picked up our key and went to the room, but it had not been cleaned since the last guest. 2) the Television was disconnected and didn't work. If they don't want it used, they should remove it. Texted for clean towels, but they had not arrived by 5:00 PM.
The breakfast was very good and was served promptly.

I reserved the lanai room so I could have a lanai. The room they put me in does not have a lanai.
