My room was very nice and comfortable. Every thing worked in the room. Will come back to rent a room in the future.

Photos on the listing do not properly represent the property. Stay wasn’t terrible, but was less pleasant than photos.

Very noisy at night time, I’m guessing that’s why they provide ear plugs.

I read mixed reviews but decided to give it a go, my husband and I had a great stay it’s the perfect area, yes there are homeless people all around but there also in Hollywood where we stayed and we stayed at the Roosevelt there and paid 600 a night so doesn’t matter if you stay cheap or expensive areas the homeless are everywhere but they are harmless they don’t even bother you or ask you for money. We loved this hotel because the rooms were big and we had our own kitchen with fridge and microwave! We did walk a lot down the strip it was a lot of walking to get to Santa Monica pier but a beautiful walk it was! The next day we rented the e-bikes and went the opposite direction towards the Venice beach pier and that was great we stopped for tacos and we even watched the people fish off the pier and seen a family of dolphins swim by! Such an amazing experience I would totally come back to Venice beach and stay at this hotel

We liked the location, however don’t think for a second you will have good parking. We ended up in a garage about a quarter mile away where it was $20/night. The lady that was running the desk in the night/ evening was barely at the counter. Had to sit around waiting for her couple of times. And I don’t know if the walls are thin or if the people of above us were extra loud. Overall we enjoyed staying right on the beach and this place provided that at a decent enough price. The building also locked with a code to enter and that made us feel good. We also liked the room size.

Like most businesses along the Venice Boardwalk, we're unable to provide onsite parking for our guests, but we're glad that it seems like you were able to take advantage of our discounted parking rate at a local garage. We are currently short staffed, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if the front desk is briefly unavailable while our employees assist other guests elsewhere in the hotel. In the future, please do let our staff know if you hear excessive noise from another guest after 10 PM; we have quiet hours in effect from that time and would be happy to try and solve the problem for you.
