Outstanding Service in BH, CA!

After booking through Hotels.com, the chill vibe, first-rate service and kind heart of this property encouraged me to extend my stay twice. My favorite thing- they talk with you face-to-face, rather than hiding behind computer monitors. Thank You, AKA!

The property is lovely, and the location can't be beaten. The service and amenities, however, are not at a "luxury" property standard.

Great space for a DIY stay
Posted 1 Mar 2019 on HotelsThe space is ample and great for a family - full well stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. Almost no hotel services. No room service, maid service included only once per week, free morning coffee/tea but no other food available (not even fruit). The valet staff were very personable but not particularly helpful with your things.

十分すぎる広さ、そして清潔感、洗濯機と乾燥機もあり生活しやすかったです。
フロントも明るく親切に対応してくれました。
赤ちゃん連れだったので、エレベーター近くの庭に近い部屋を用意してくれたと思います。
