"We had a lovely stay! I will definitely return to the Generator Hotel. The room was clean with a nice view. We enjoyed the cafe and restaurant in the lobby, and the pool and outdoor seating area is wonderful. The hotel location was perfect and in a safe area. The only negative was a lack of TV channels (especially for the kids). "

"Room was spacious and clean and included a full kitchen, the ice in the freezer was a nice touch! The bathroom was very clean and had GREAT lighting (which is very rare for a hotel). 10 minute walk to the metro line and 15 to Dupont Circle so pretty convenient. No complaints and would definitely return!"

"First time staying in DC and the experience was more than I expected. Hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and everyone was amazing. Wasn’t aware of a big event happening at the hotel when I booked our stay but the hotel was pleasant. Traveling with my kids and they were happy, comfortable, and felt safe! Location was perfect for the Metro, sightseeing and great food options. "
