The first impression of the building was not too impressive and our greeting was not very professional. It was good value for money and the facilities were fine, but there was thick surface dust on a cupboard shelf and cobwebs were visible which put me off.

Convenient location, needs a fresh look

Convenient motel looking a bit aged. Could do with a sprucing up. Room was OK but quite aged. Bathroom was renovated and quite nice. Was fine for my needs.

That dirty that one thought that Covid would be lurking about - it appeared that long since it was cleaned. An embarrassment to the term “Motel” An embarrassment to the town of Lorne and surely an embarrassment to WatIf!!!! I can’t understand why you would have this place listed on the WotIf site!!!!!

The office was not open for check in or check out. There was a paper sign with a phone no. to call. Finally I was given a key with no instructions about where the room was etc. Bathroom light didn't work and basin was blocked. Generally a rundown property ty.

We only needed a one night stop and perfect for that with comfy bed. Garden area needed a gd tidy up and luckily there was someone there who rang to get us checked in as office unmanned on a Monday. Older style and dated but was perfect for our requirements
