"We loved our stay here! It was so nice to have a beach view and to have access to a warm pool with lots of slides for the kids and hot tubs for the adults! It’s especially helpful when the weather is a bit chilly. The room had everything we could need and it was SOOO nice to not have to worry about cleaning every inch of the room like we would have to at a VRBO!!"

"I was actually excited to go but one there...
You have to drive to sign in on one side and drive to another side for your room. I was in tower 3 which was one of the premier suites no breakfast was included in anything I booked. Another lady booked a regular room and was given breakfast and a water bottle I asked the lady that signed me in she said I didn't book through the hotel so I get nothing for free. She was not pleasant, she didn't greet up upon entering or made I contact it was weird. I found out I had to leave earlier due to medical appointment they refuse to refund me the difference. There was puddles of water all over the garage and the hall way was dirty. My room was right by the elevator so I heard everything. I won't be back. "
