I made the reservation online. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, the front desk person could not find our reservation. He said that they were having problems with their system. It took a few minutes for him to give us a key to our room. When we went to open our room, it was occupied by someone else. We had to go back to the front desk and request another room. We were given another room but this one had what seemed like a full size bed instead of a king size which is what I had booked. To make things worse, one side of the mattress had a big bump. The area around the sink had been sloppy remodeled. There were no hand towels and neither was there the towel that is placed on the floor after you shower. They only had a face towel by the sink and it looked very worn out and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk and request the towels. In my opinion, this hotel room was not worth they money that I paid.

No pool, although advertised. The hot tub was cemented in. Many of the breakfast options were also broken. The cleaning crew were the sweetest people ive ever met. The staff were very nice.

Not so good experience. While the bed was comfortable (and linens clean) the room was very outdated and not as clean. A/C was very noisy, walls dirty. Ice machine out of order, pool closed, juice machine at breakfast out of order. This room should have been closer to $50, not the $80 we paid.
