"This place was even better than it looks in the pictures. From the second I booked I was welcomed. When I arrived the staff were kind and helpful. I was escorted to my room. The room was fabulous. The shower was hot and full and the best I’ve had in Europe. The room was a mini apartment with a separate well appointed kitchen. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. "Amazing hosts. Great communication even before we arrived in Portugal. Our train was late coming in to Porto. Thank you Sarah for your patience and your warm guided tour of the place. Booklet provided in the room gave us very useful and detailed info to all near by shops. Beautiful and meticulous design. Very comfortable beds. Centrally located. We had a great time in Porto, in part, because we had such a lovely stay."

"We loved the little bungalow we stayed in for one night. We booked it because it was close to the Porto airport and perfect for a short stay. The bonus was how close to the Ocean it was and the great caliber of the restaurants on the shore. The only difficult part was check-in. The receptionist was surly and ignored us for 25 minutes, without acknowledgng us at the front desk, while she was on a phone call. Cute spot and very convenient."

"Check in - online easy - communication was good - did take small amount of time to have questions answered but they were. Room was nice - great views. Bathroom tiny - shower small! Neat and tidy. Close to everything! Transport/restaurants etc all walkable. We had 2 bedroom unit - 2nd bedroom was on a mezzanine area - stairs up to this are small and very steep! "

"The hotel is located in a nice location, which is walkable to major attractions. Everything about the hotel was great. The bed was super comfortable. The only potential issue is that the room air circulation is either not on or not the best. So when opening the door, it can become noisy due to street car or motorcycle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"The hotel is well located, very close to Centro Historico. It’s easy to get there from the airport by metro or by taxi. It’s very clean, the staff is extremely helpful. The beds are big and pretty comfortable. Room service is doing magnificent job. I would definitely stay here again. "
