"It very clean and spacious. Their staff are the real star. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and thy left a small cake and bottle of wine in our room. The things that need improvement, asked for quite room high floor was give 2nd floor out of 5 and on top of a restaurant with loud music. Had room service a hamburger and it was horrible. The hotel could let guest with a car in to load and unload and not let us deal with the stress of the non parking on the busy street"

"From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were blown away by the GA. There was no wait. They bent over backwards to give us advice. The room & bathroom were extraordinary and the internet was even a decent speed. And the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! The icing on the cake was the incredible concierge Inês.
