The Sparks hotel itself was great and Shelley at the front desk was very helpful. The room above sounded like kids were jumping up and down, slamming things onto the floor, and was very loud for a couple of hours. Finally, at ten o’clock, I texted Shelley and asked for her help. Ten minutes later, all was quiet and we were able to sleep. Kudos to Shelley!

Great price, VERY clean, we are never in the area and had never stayed at this chain, but I would definitely book another Spark based off of this experience. We didn’t make it in time for the bagel bar but grabbed a good cup of coffee on the way out.

There is no microwave, when we booked we check twice for refrigerator and microwave. After booking they said we don’t have any room with microwave other than that hotel is really good . No complaints we will come back thanks

Other than the cricket infestation in the first two rooms they gave us the third was way better. Had a weird carpet cleaner smell but other than it was bug free thankfully!! We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time to stay with a Hilton Spark. It is a great low price option and the property was comfortable, clean, and nice.
