Very friendly front desk check in. However, went to room and door would not open. No elevator. Advised front desk door would not open she said the handle lifts up. Person was yelling profanities from room down the hall. Decided was unsafe for single traveler and left.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful! Not only did they give our large family connecting rooms, but they provided disposable utensils when our dinner order didn’t come with any, a small amount of milk late at night for a very fussy 2 year old and peanut butter for that same 2 year old at breakfast for her toast when they heard her asking her mom for some. And they did it all with a smile on their face. I wish all hotels had staff that are as wonderful as this crew is!

Filthy carpeting was stained has not been cleaned in ages. Woman at the front desk never smiled never gave a kind word.

I will have the maintenance department shampoo the carpet in the room you were in immediately. I will also talk to the front desk and do some retraining on customer service. We hope you will give us another chance next time you're in the Longview/Kelso area.
