The staff was very friendly and helpful, which is the only reason I gave it a 3 instead of a 2. Bathroom door didn't close. Cheap looking laminate wood floors. Dings in the bathroom hardware. Hot water not nearly hot enough. Mediocre food from the kitchen.

The pool was great for the price, the room and facilities were clean. The staff was nice and check in was simple and easy. But when I pay 150 for a room, I don’t expect to walk in and see the furniture is broken and the paint is peeling. It was the little details that I guess don’t matter much overall but they sort of did. The room was cramped and stuffed with dated furniture, the bed wasn’t great by any means, the lamp on the bedside table looked like someone’s cat used it as a scratching post, the bathroom door was on a track and didnt close all the way, you go to slide the bathroom door open and the door acts like it’s going to fall. It was a cramped dated room
