Got stuck in elevator, known issue requiring you to call front desk to "unstick" elevator. Breakfast was abysmal with only crumbs in the hotbox containers, staff watched as around a half dozen guests looked in the trays only to walk away empty handed or with cold options only. Room was not clean with urine on toilet seat, pubes in shower, and mini fridge had large puddle leaking out into floor. On a positive note, the AC worked well and the bed was clean and soft.

I loved how sweet everyone was! The breakfast was amazing! The only thing I did not like was that every room is a shower only there for I couldn’t give my babies a bath

Remodel made everything 10x worse. Not sure why it was even open… Part of a get away is having a nice place to stay. Walking in to plastic covered carpet floors, main entrance being shut down, lobby an absolute mess, and a complexed check in experience. It was awful. Staying here truly ruined our whole trip…. Would come again once remodel is complete, but this particular stay was below a 1 star.

Do not stay here till after renovations
Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsUpon arrival it looked like the place was shut down for renovation. No foyer. No vehicles outside. Paint.tools.scafolding every where. Whole first floor torn up. Had to yell out hello to find anyone. After check in I then got stuck in the elevator for 10 min until the reception finally answered the phone and she was able to get it going and the door opened. Then the fire alarm in the room started chirping at 3AM every 20 seconds. I believe I should be compensated for the stay.

The staff were very professional, but the property is under renovation and should NOT be open to the public. No amenities and the direct TV was down the entire time we were there! Expedia needs to warn customers of property status! I won’t ever stay at a property again that is undergoing major renovation. It will prob be wonderful when they finish—but it should not be open till they finish. Many amenities were closed and unavailable!

It was good but the hotel was under construction while I was there and I didn’t know that would be the case.

They are renovating and it’s a mess. There was no breakfast just snacks. No coffee in the lobby. Not what I’m used to at comfort inn at all. I will not be staying there again!
