"Safe, quiet and good value during off peak season. I was lucky to get a room with an Effiel Tower View. The room had a kitchette and I was able to cook some simple meals. There was a dining table and chairs so it felt homely. It's about 8-10 mins walk to the Asnieres Sur Seine train station so it's convenient. Taking the train from Asnieres to Paris St Lazare metro was easy with frequent trains. Supermarkets, cafes and shops were near the station so it's super convenient to pick up daily...

"The property was fine for our four night stay. It was located close to a metro station. The shower could be better, it had a seal broken so water would leak out. Other than that, the room was fine. "

"The only concern was laundry terrible , only one machine and people go and leaves their clothes in the machine and they don’t have rules about it. Also no coins machine and they don’t have change at the lobby. But all the rest was perfect. "

"My stay was really very successful I stayed for 7 nights in a basic studio, I liked the property very much ..what I liked best about the place; the staff were very friendly and cooperative especially Ruth and Leo, and all the rest.. the Residhome is 10 minutes walking ro Quatre Temps and CNIT mall, which made it excellect close to the shopping area and having super U supermarket just in front of the hotel was an advantage ..the metro and RER were 10 minutes away which made it good location...

"Booked for a 2 night stay whilst visiting La Défense Arena and it was perfect from start to finish. Lovely clean room, comfy beds and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Literally walk across the road to access the trams to travel wherever you wish to go in Paris. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable decent accommodation whilst visiting Paris."

"Brilliant place to stay. Clean, lots of places to shop and buy food. Staff really helpful and friendly. Paris was shut down due to olympics but still had awesome view of Eiffel 2 mins walk from hotel so still got to see light show. Lovely walk through area to get to shops. Breakfast was good too. "Good location but heat set at 22C and never seemed that warm in the room and we froze the first night before maintenance came to check the heat. Also refused a second roll of extra toilet paper by the housekeeping staff "

"We absolutely adored this simple, quite, cozy studio apt hotel room. There's a monoprix across the street for quick grocery shopping, and the kitchen area in our room had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. The area is residential, quiet, and safe feeling. A great walkable distance from La Defense Arena-- definitely ideal for attending a concert there. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Excellent place for long (or short) stay with excellent facilities for the price. The rooms are good, and can feel more roomy when the bed is folded up. Kitchenette is well equipped for those who don't want to dine outside on a daily basis (although there are many restaurants within a short walking distance). Gym room, laundry, breakfast, snacks are on site.Capping the experience is a super friendly and helpful staff."

There was a dining table and chairs so it felt homely. It's about 8-10 mins walk to the Asnieres Sur Seine train station so it's convenient. Taking the train from Asnieres to Paris St Lazare metro was easy with frequent trains. Supermarkets, cafes and shops were near the station so it's super convenient to pick up daily essentials.
