We only stayed one night and wished we had stayed longer. They were very accomodating, i had called up to confirm our booking and mentioned that we would be arriving in Longreach at 11am, without me asking they stated they would put our cabin as a priority for cleaning and attempt to have it cleaned so we can check in at 11am, but could not guarantee that this could be done. When we dropped in on our way to the stockmans hall of fame (right next door and easily within walking distance as is the Qantas museum) at 11am just to see if we could do an early check in, our cabin had indeed been cleaned to a very high standard. You can tell the cabin is old and it creaks as you walk at night but it was still in very good shape, the bed was super comfy and we had the best sleep we had had during our whole trip. Although it was just the 2 of us staying you could easily sleep 5 comfortably. There are also 3 baths at the back of the property that you can have a soak in, bubble bath supplied if you wanted too, all you need to do is ask recpetion for some towels as bore water is used for these baths, our cabin had town water. We would definitely stay again and for longer, we have also recommended it to our friends and family who holiday this way.

This property was awesome. The bed was so co.fortable. the rustic touch were pwrfect and the outside baths were so telaxing

Convenient location for Qantas museum and Stockmans Hall of Fame. 2bedroom cabin was spacious. Kitchen could use some extra saucepans, a baking tray, and measuring jug etc. Only one of the three air conditioners was working.

Our cottage was comfortable and clean. Had door open to allow some fresh air in, no fly screen on door which was inconvenient.
