**THIS HOTEL WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!**
My husband and I booked a room here through Expedia. When we arrived to check in around 11:00pm on 9/27, we were immediately told we could not stay before we got to the check in desk. The guy said there must have been a “glitch” in the system and over booked. We thought that was strange, he didn’t even ask if we had reservations or for our name. So we told him and he said we wouldn’t be charged. So we went to our car. I immediately messaged the hotel through Expedia in the parking lot to confirm we wouldn’t get charged and my husband went back inside to reconfirm there would be no charge and the guy told him there wouldn’t be a problem issuing a refund if there was a charge. They responded to my message the next day saying there is no charge and they apologized.
We did get charged for the room we were told we couldn’t stay at. It’s been a month and I have called at least 6 times, only talking to two people. One girl said this has been an ongoing problem with that same guy. Weeks later my husband called and they hung up on him. I called a few more times, no answer. I turned to Expedia for help and they contacted the hotel. The manager is denying the refund with no explanation to us. I can no longer get a hold of Expedia because their “inbox is full” and the hotel won’t answer my calls.
This is the most ridiculous situation we’ve ever been in and never had to deal with such poor management and staff behavior! We are BEYOND frustrated!

Theres an oder, rather unpleasant, i got use to it but wouldn't go back.
