The Leonardo is my favourite Heathrow airport hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and modern. The bar was excellent as was the breakfast buffet .

This is our 3rd stay at this marvelous hotel ..as usual the staff were friendly and considerate ..the room was up to the usual Leonardo standard and very comfortable. Just one slight niggle; the noise from the elevators which were located outside our room. A tad annoying, but didn't take away the comfort of the room or the hotel . We will be back again as this now our hotel of choice .
