I sent my 18 yo son to check us in and they would not let him so I went and checked him in as I had an event at Rooney s and would be staying there, gave the clerk my number, and never received a call and tgey kicked my son out… I expect a full refund… we found accommodations elswhere

Asked to get another room cause party till 3am every night. Clogged toilet, called and waited and waited. Bath sink drain girggling

Gym and indoor pool was not very clean. Outdoor pool had food n bird poop all over and around the pool area, lounge chairs. I nearly slipped stepping on it going into the pool. Cocktails Drink cups with ants around it.
