Excellent service upon a late check in. Was told where I should park for easy access to the room. Breakfast was very good and upon check out they were very helpful as well.

The stay was nice and we will likely be back, but the real thing that impressed us was the staff. The respect and kindness they showed each other while providing excellent service was especially refreshing!

I really enjoyed my stay, everyone was super nice and the rooms were real nice. It was super convenient and close to everywhere we wanted to go. This was my fifth stay here and I will be staying again.

Without being asked, the clerk assigned us a room for hearing impaired, first floor. We left to attend an event, returning around 10pm. At 11, we were awakened by a dog literally howling in another room. It woke us 3 more times during the night. Since we were trying to SLEEP, changing rooms was not feasible and we kept thinking the staff would do something about the dog. They did not. In the morning we mentioned it to the front desk clerk, stating it was the worst night we've ever spent in a hotel, and telling him what transpired. Not only did he NOT apologize or take responsibility, he told us that we should have called the front desk (in the middle of the night) and asked to change rooms, insinuating that we were at fault. He was extremely rude and made no effort to make it right. I wish I'd kept my $189 and slept in my car. Would've gotten more sleep and less attitude. How can I get a refund?

The room (#134) w 2 queen bed assigned to us was a disabled access room. We had booked a regular room. The bathroom floor is cracked with 5 large cracks running in all directions and drain cover hanging 1/8" above the floor with possibility of impaling you if not careful. The staff told us at check-in at 4:30p that all other non-disabled room were already taken. At 4:30p? They could not move us to a king bed (since my son did not make the trip and there were only 2 people now) becoz the booking was thro Expedia. They could not refund us any money becoz the booking was thro Expedia. They asked us to call Expedia who would have routed us back to the hotel, I'm pretty sure. Expedia was not accessible as they were impacted because of global IT outage (and nor is there a CS number listed on Expedia site to call them). We paid nearly $200 on room that was more like Motel 6 room. The staff said this was a 7 year old hotel- the decor, carpeting makes it look like from the '70s. The hotel manager told me that this was one of the better rooms when I complained about all this. I wonder what the worse one looks like if this one was a better one.
