Posted 1 Mar 2020 on HotelsThis is a nice facility in a good location, but there were two things I really disliked about my stay. One is that the hotel does not have a self-service laundry as they claim, which was the deciding factor for me staying here: for R$30-45, I could put all my dirty clothes in a washer and dryer without leaving the hotel. Instead, I handed over about half of what I needed washed and they charged me per item, R$170.
The bigger issue is the downer vibe among the staff, the obviously low morale. Either they happened to hire an entire staff of people suffering from depression, or (far more likely) the employees are not being treated well by management, and it shows. I normally prefer to give negative feedback in person instead of in public like this, but when it’s an attitude issue this will have to do.

Hotel limpo e organizado. Senti falta de blackouts nas janelas e poderia ter um isolante acústico na porta de entrada do quarto. Pela manhã há muito barulho e eco de pessoas passando e conversado.
