This is our second time in Derry staying in this hotel, we really enjoyed it before and this time too. Lovely hotel, clean, modern, great breakfast, comfortable room with King sized bed. Alan at reception was so helpful, when we told him there was some noise from the central heating he put a heater in our room when we were out, it made a big difference, also when we had a short circuit he came up at once and fixed it, he was so thoughtful and nice, a great bonus for the hotel.

The hotel was clean the staff were lovely, and it’s close to shops bars and restaurants

We asked for margarine at breakfast and they went to the store and bought some right then. We were pretty impressed with that kind of service.
