It was decent. Beds were comfortable, room was generally clean, minus the mould on the windowsill. We appreciated the water, juice and granola bars. Unfortunately, our shower was tempermental, and we couldn’t figure out how to change it from scalding hot. It was good enough for one night though.

Posted 15 Jun 2024 on Hotelsreasonably sized comfortable room with all amenities needed. Parking was on the street which I didn't anticipate the way it was advertised. Close to city centre so walkable. Everything was clean apart from the carpet which was not hoovered which was such a shame.

Security was an issue. The key pad was the same code on exterior door and suite door. Numerous rooms in house all shared the same code. Bed sheets did not fit, and one was torn to pieces leading the bottom sheet coming off in the night. The place smelled bad. The owner was rude when we got locked out twice (Due to a keypad malfunction). There was a stairway to upstairs in the middle of the walking path of our bedroom, that put us in considerable risk of hitting our heads. (It was less than 5 feet off the ground) There was no cell phone coverage, and none of the wifi information supplied worked. None of the information provided in the booking confirmation for contacting the owner worked. There was no intercom as stated, and it was overall the worst stay we have ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I will be seeking a refund from Expedia

Guest phone was not working properly not our fault,Guest did not follow instructions properly again not our faultGuest did not access internet which was working not our faultAccess coded entry for room and entry door are specifically for each guest and not the same for each guest Guest did not have a malfunction in the room access this again was the guest who did not do it properlyGuest was drunk, abusive and rude Again not our fault Guest pulled room apart and let in terrible condition and left the property will all access doors wide openI would not recommend this guest to other property providers

Expedia needs to do better. We never recieved our access email. Thankfully the owner had a ring cam. He was very nice and was able to give us the access information. Only comment would be to perhaps have a fan available. It was very warm overnight and i was uncomfortable leaving the steer level windows open at night. Very nice place and neighborhood.
