"Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it back. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other places to stay."

"The upstairs unit shower backed up and leaked into the bedroom. They offered a late checkout for the trouble, but I do not feel that was enough for the disgusting issue. They did send someone to fix it a few hours after being notified. The bed was comfy."

"The set up there is pretty awesome. Very quiet and very little traffic noise from the street. Shower is a bit tight for us more huskier guys but the bed was so comfortable! "

"We had an amazing stay! The room was nice and clean, and the staff was great. Answered any questions we had, and one gentleman spent time telling us where to get food and have a good time. The only complaints I have is that the pool had some stuff floating in it, and you have to pay for parking. "

"The central location of this LaQuinta was important to my visit. The facility was clean and all the linens, towel etc were soft and comfortable and plentiful. The room was larger than most hotels and the art was well selected to bring color and compliment to the room.All that said, what made my stay so enjoyable was the young lady who managed the afternoon reception /registration desk. I don’t know but suspect she was a manager as I saw no one else in the desk area. This young lady was super friendly and ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and sparkling personality. She was attractive, professionally dressed and just lovely. Engaging and with a shy yet beautiful smile whether I came through the lobby at 4pm or 8pm. She is an excellent representative for the corporation. I hope you can acknowledge her in some way as she is deserving of getting praise and knowing travelers do notice and appreciate the hospitality, style and presentation of outstanding representatives so many of which do a job by rote to be hardly noticed or worse ignored. This young lady would be any companies best face to the public. David Bowers Avon, Ohio"
