Not what we expected

The bedroom space was fine, but the shared living space, especially the kitchen, was filthy and left that way. No cleaners came in daily as you'd expect with any hotel. No reception on-site either which was inconvenient. Some bathroom facilities were broken and unusable such as the sink tap.

Zero pulizia generale, vasca con la muffa, bagno sporco, lenzuola molto probabilmente non lavate. 1 asciugamano per 2 persone in 4 giorni. Ho chiesto se potevo averne un altro ricevendo risposta positiva senza riceverlo mai.
