Pros: Quiet, good soundproofing
Cons: Toilet roll, for goodness sake we are human beings !
The team made us feel welcome and tried hard, the hotel had a few obvious signs of abuse but it was clean and good value. The quality of the bathroom tissue was however appalling and made us feel less than human or even welcome - cutting costs here is demeaning to your guests...

Pros: clanliness and very friendly staff
Cons: air con in rooms and better chairs in restaurant
Location: good location for east end, and westfield shopping centre close to train station.
Staff were excellent, room was clean and spacious, could benefit from air con in rooms, restaurant was canteen standard, for a london stopover it is ideal

Pros: clean
Cons: get car park an lower prices,
no parking for people, i order breakfast when i booked room but i never got it as they said i never booked it with room, staff very rude

Clean hotel close to London Aquatics Centre.

Pros: Hotel manager was very good in sorting out mix up in rooms. Complimentary hot drink while we waited. Good customer service.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind.
Location: Central for London Aquatics centre and Olympic Stadium. Shopping centre very close (huge).
Arrived having booked a family room through Expedia. In fact Expedia had only reserved a double room for 2 adults and 2 children. Staff at the hotel were BRILLIANT (the manager) in sorting this out and we ended up staying in 2 double rooms. Children had a good nights sleep which was important since they were competing at a major competition the following day.

Pros: Location, Staff (both friendly and helpful), Cleanliness.
Cons: We never used the bar or restaurant so cant comment.
Location: It's about a 5 minute walk or a 10 minute dawdle from Stratford train and underground station.
We booked this hotel as a base for a christmas trip to London, with the benefit of visiting the Westfield shopping centre the next day. We arrived at 1130, before the allowed check in time, but this wasn't a problem the staff were great and looked after our bag while we headed into London. We finally checked in about 10pm and again the staff were friendly and very helpful. the room was smallish but perfectly adequate for a one night stay, it had recently been refurbished and was very clean.
