Det fÞrste vÊrelse vi fik var klamt og ulÊkkert og ikke rent. Der var massiv skimmelsvamp i alle loftets kanter. Vi fik tildelt et andet vÊrelse men med prÊcis samme udfordringer med massiv skimmelsvamp Personalet oplyste at de desvÊrre har problemer med skimmelsvamp og der mÄ siges. 3. VÊrelse og en ekstra opgradering lykkedes det at finde et vÊrelse uden skimmelsvamp. Jeg er allergisk overfor skimmelsvamp sÄ det var en ret uhensigtsmÊssig oplevelse Personalet var sÞde og imÞdekommende

The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the bathroom was too cramp and the breakfast should not even have been provided as an option (breakfast was really bad). Otherwise, the location was great.

Decent hotel with a comfortable bed and basic amenities, no air-conditioning. Unfortunately, we arrived during one of the hottest few days in London, and the small table fan provided was not enough to keep us cool. Breakfast was the takeaway type, in a box. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nous avions fait le choix de cet hÎtel en fonction de sa situation prÚs de la gare de Marylebone. La gentillesse de l'accueil, l'attention du personnel pour répondre à nos questions ont été de grande qualité. Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Londres.

If you don't need the frills to be attached, this hotel is a really good option. Basic, but has everything. A double room is quite big according to London standards and well planned, a bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and working. Nice and helpful staff. And the location is perfect - very close to the tube, bus stops (especially handy taking bus to/from Luton and Stansted airports, the Baker street stop is very close). You may even walk to many destinations of central London or stroll in the Regent park, if you like.

The room was satisfactory, clean and the temperature could be adjusted to comfort. The general upkeep of the building was satisfactory, basic and suitable for the rest stop intended on this trip. There were no frills! The breakfast boxes were like those used on airplanes, so don't' expect any hot food or drinks.

Ett ok hotell i trevligt omrÄde, nÀra till tunnelbanan. Caféet var under reparation sÄ ngn frukost, som skulle ingÄtt fick vi inte. Wi-fi ingick inte, det fick vi köpa till. Personalen var vÀnlig och hjÀlpsam.
