We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning.
The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general.

It was a little dated but for one night before a flight it was everything I needed. No lift if youre staying on the first floor. Worth baring in mind if you've a heavy suitcase.
Friendly staff, would use again.

Amazing service by folks who cares. The kettle in the room with coffee and walkers shortbread were very appreciated. The buffet was tasty and varied clearly prepared by employees that are capable and fine tuned

Pretty good for an overnight stay, if you fly next day.
Not a place to stay if you wanted to do other things.
Otherwise quite good for the price point.
