The staff were friendly at reception and in the breakfast room. Our room was small with little room to move around. Storage in the room was OK. The shower cubicle was very small. Breakfast was OK with several different options.
It is worth noting that there is only one lift which is very small, it will only take two people with luggage at a squeeze. The location is good with lots of pubs and restaurants close by. The hotel is a short walk from Russell Square or Holburn tube stations

Good central location. Hotel old and rooms a bit tired. Good value. Yin on check in went over and beyond and it was a pleasure to be greeted by such a friendly front of house staff!

For the price this was great. The elevator can only hold 1-2 people at a time depending on your size and how much luggage you have. So sometimes waiting for the elevator could take time if there were a lot of people using it
