Closed hotel
Posted 2 Aug 2021 on HotelsThe hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one.

It would have been better to have been able to stay in the hotel that I had selected or, as this turned out to be unavailable a week before the booking, to have been relocated to another that offers equivalent facilities

Dated and unclean especially the spa, the room did not live up to the description on the web site even after a complimentary upgrade

very tired hotel
