poor check in protocols

However, the check in process was a nightmare, the property sent me an email asking me to upload photo id but the link didn't work so I couldn't do it.....I emailed them and they sent me the same broken links which didn't work either clicking, cutting and pasting or just typing in... I couldn't find any contact details for them so had to go via Hotels.com who were brilliant but it was a nightmare at the end of a very long day.....

As you entered the property, I was greeted with a lot of dust and hair flying all over as if the place had been vacant for months. In my room, the bathroom seemed like a hair saloon at the end of a day before all hair was cleaned. The curtains were falling. The room seemed as if it was under construction and needed some finishing touches. There was no chair in the room although there was a table to work on. How odd

Bed broke countless times.
Had revert to sleeping on the right hand side,
Cupboard is already broke,
Prepare it to fall off as you open the doors.

Property was in a quiet location within a 5 minute walk to train, shops etc. Property was warm and quiet.

So, this looks to be a room in a apartment in a house. It wasn't marked from the street, the parking situation would be terrible on a weekday, and because of the way that it was handled, we very nearly didn't get in. There is a key to the house in a lockbox, and the owner wasn't able to get a message to me about how to open it. Since we are from America, she apparently didn't know how to phone us, and when she tried to email, she did it through Expedia--so the email didn't ever come up. All in all, the room was okay, but the neighborhood seems rundown.

もう二度と使いたくない。
Posted 6 Jun 2019 on Hotels掃除ができておらず、チェックイン当日から埃だらけ。
滞在中の掃除はなし。
洗濯機は壊れていて動かない。
クローゼットの引き出しには、髪の毛がいっぱいはいっていた。
テレビはリモコンが壊れていたし、本体でも操作できなかった。
タオル交換は頼んだら、追加料金40ポンドとのこと(事前説明なし)。
何でも気軽にメールをしてください。と書いてあるが、メールしても返信がない。
スタッフがおらず、セキュリティーにも問題がある。
いつも宿泊しているところが予約が取れず、仕方なく、ここに滞在したが、
できれば、もう二度と滞在したくない。最悪なホテルだと感じる。
