The room was lovely and spacious and staff were friendly, only downside is that the room was a bit old

Great hotel. I had the cheapest smallest room, which was perfect for me. Staff were awesome.

Decent place for an overnight stay if in the area. Hard to beat for price.

Hotel is so conveniently located. Super close to Hyde Park and also close to the central line, circle line and hammersmith line.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area close to Hyde Park. Charming staff and grateful to receive an upgrade to a suite. Well out fitted room.
Would only suggest an upgrade on the pillows as they are lacking a bit.
