Very lovely, staff very helpful, kind and accommodating. Rooftop has beautiful views, and location is perfect. Close to the casinos and Charing train station. Will definitely return! Thank you for everything!

It is a very traditional hotel from the outside but the rooms have been totally renovated and are equipped with all the up to date facilities and comforts.

This was an excellent hotel with an excellent location. The staff were professional and very helpful!! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of construction going on in the lobby while we were there - a bit of a disruption. However, we were warned ahead of time that the construction was going on. I wish we had stayed after the construction was completed!

We arrived early and exhausted and no room was supposedly available. The staff was not accommodating, but offered an immediate room at an extra charge of about $250/day for an 8 day stay! We declined, and staff said they’d “text us” when a room was available- never happened. Four hours later we returned, inquired about the room, and were reluctantly given a crummy, dinky room on the second floor. By this time we’d been awake for about 26 hours so we took the room. This was an expensive, premium booking and we were very disappointed with our treatment and accomodations. The location was fantastic, but the hotel experience was deplorable. We’ll make another choice next time.
